Introduction: We are a fully licensed and insured home repair company. We can do all home repair projects as well as provide landscaping care for your home and much more! The owner, John, worked apartment maintenance as a manager for almost 15 years where he gained a lot of experience and knowledge. He also worked side by side with his father growing up as his career was building homes from the ground up. We have a team of experienced and professional workers who take pride in their workmanship.

We hired Maynard construction to finish our lower level. They arrived on time, completed the job on time and they were very reasonable with pricing. I would highly recommend them and if we ever need any work completed in the future we will contact them.

Anytime we need projects done around our house we first contact John to see if he is able to do them. He not only does a great job he makes us feel comfortable while he is at our house with his great personality! I would and do recommended John and his company to anyone.

We hired Maynard Property Maintenance to paint some rooms in our home, redo some of the trim as well as change out our garbage disposal and some other odds and ends around our house. They done a very good job and got it done within the time frame we had asked. John is very helpful and answered any questions we had. Overall they done a satisfactory job and we will definitely use them again in the future!
