Mr. Prater was very quick to respond. He and his team arrived and got straight to the work. I needed some appliances, transported from one location to another. And also installed. They were able to take those appliances to the proper location and switch out my appliances and haul them away. When obstacles occurred, he checked with me to make sure things were OK to proceed. And also offered solves for problems that arrived with install. Definitely Requesting them again.

I had hired mr prater (Markeis)to remove ceiling texture in whole house and painting. He was easy to reach, prompt, friendly and flexible with our hectic schedules that we asked him to replace bathroom vanity, fixture, flooring work and vent. He also painted several rooms. The price was great for the projects. I will definitely use him again and already referred him to family and friends🌞.

We had a plumbing issue from an upstairs bathroom, that leaked into our basement ceiling. The plumbing could not be completed until our subfloor and floor was re-installed in our bathroom. I contacted MrPrater Contracting. Mr. Prater responded within minutes. He came out the next morning and gave us quotes. It was a last minute request , but he was flexible and started in two days. He gives the option for the consumer to provide supplies or he will supply them and that is included in quote. I had called for the floor, but Mr. Prater was able to complete the whole project. Installed floor/subfloor. Reinstalled commode. Repaired drywall in basement. The pricing was very reasonable. Mr. Prater is very knowledgeable and respectful. We have a painting and flooring project we are definitely contacting MrPrater Contracting for.
