- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are based off of a flat rate by the job and any extra work that is custom could be additional charges . Most additional charges are reasonable. I do offer discounts and adjustments for cash transactions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet them and establish the goal of work being done. Taking measurements of the area or pictures for reference and look for anything that might create a problem . Determine the amount of time it will take to complete the job /task/install go over the materials needed for the job and give a quote based off the information .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a construction/ electrical background with 2 years of school and many hours of training on the job . I also have experience in concrete,framing, windows,drywall,plumbing, flooring,roofing,siding,decks,and outdoor buildings.
