We had our floors replaced with vinyl flooring and Cabrera Property was absolutely amazing. They were extremely communicative during the process and even responded fast to my text when I was at floor and decor with questions. Helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Great all around!! Use them!!

I would highly recommend Cabrera Property Homes. Fernando was great at communicating with me about the project and was open to changes to the contract when I asked. He was aware of the required installation process of my bamboo flooring.
The crew did a wonderful job. They were punctual, efficient, attended to detail and their work was excellent. I would use them again without hesitation. I really appreciated working with the whole team.

Tile Installation and Replacement
Fernando and Cabrera Property Homes team did a fantastic job on our kitchen backsplash. I contacted Fernando for an urgent project we needed done as soon as possible and they completed in one day! Fernando made suggestions, purchased the materials, and communicated wonderfully throughout the process. I will definitely work with them again in the future.
