I had a great experience with my flooring and bathroom vanity installation. The team was very knowledgeable about the entire process and took the time to explain each step clearly. I had a fireplace bumpout done, removing an oak mantel, having stone installed to the ceiling and floor tile replaced, and the TV installed above the fireplace. The project cost a little over $5000 (not including the stone), which I thought was a great value. It took 6 days to complete. The crew arrived on time (or early) every day, and they were courteous, respectful and professional. The owner always responded promptly to my (daily) messages and questions. I am very, very, very happy with the final appearance of the fireplace bumpout and recommend highly this company. I would be pleased to hire them again if and when I have another home improvement project.

Cabrera Property homes - did an outstanding job We replace the entire 2nd floor and stairs . All rooms had furniture and they took great care to move them. The job was completed with quality all in the same day . They replaced all the old carpet with LVP’s and the stairs with new upgraded carpet I highly recommend them and thier pricing is very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use them in the future

I feel like I hit the Jackpot with Cabrera Property Homes. I took a chance with this app and further more, with someone I just didn’t know (I’m big on recommendations). The quickness it got done, and the flexibility to pick up items and…honestly wait one me without complaint was awesome. This project was for 2 bedrooms, an under stairs closet, and a bathroom in my basement, without breaking into the concrete floor for drainage. I plan on having them back for the rest of my basement.
