Marcus was very professional and easy to get a hold of through the hold process. Any questions or concerns I had, he answered without a problem. He has even provided his contact information for when we move in to provide assistance with any problems we may encounter. The report provided was very detailed and he provided an accompanying document showing images of any issues. Highly recommend Marcus and M.A. Home Inspections.

We hired Mr Martin to inspect a home that we were purchasing in Columbus. He arrived on time and got right to work inspecting the outside of the home while the realtor let us into the home. He conducted a thorough inspection in the two hours allotted by the homeowners. I felt Marcus did an outstanding job and took the time to explain things he was finding in the home so that I had a good idea of what needed fixed and what I should keep an eye on in the future. He was very informative and was definitely very knowledgeable about the various systems and areas he was inspecting. My only wish was that we had been given a little bit more time for me to ask more questions, however the final report we received from him did cover many of those questions. Overall, my wife and I were very impressed with Mr Martin's knowledge and professionalism, and would recommend MA Home Inspections to anyone looking for a home inspector. Thanks Marcus!

Mr. Martin, was an expert all the way. He met me during the last hour of his inspection to go over any issues he found. He also takes many photos and you'll get his report (with photos) in about 24 hours. If there was a hole he could get into, he did. Very thourough!

He was on time. Carried out his job very well. I was amazed about how handled every aspect step by step. He explanation was very comprehensible. I will not hesitate to highly recommend him to friends and families. I don't even feel what I paid was worth the professionalism exhibited . One is rest assured that his /she is in safe hands when it comes to inspection form M.A Home Inspections. Every thing was examined within logical framework analysis. Marvelous work!!!!

Marcus Martin has an extremely thorough and easy-to-follow inspection report with descriptions, figures and photos. He is also very helpful in explaining things, which makes it easy to sort out and relay which issues are serious or not. His reports and communication have been extremely helpful in remedy negotiations. Overall, I know my clients are in great hands if they hire M.A. Home Inspections.
