Thanks for taking a look at my profile. We hope you find that my independent home inspections are superior to the industry standard "realtor refereed inspection". "Don't bite the hand that feeds you". We've all heard this saying before and for most home inspectors it influences how they inspect a home. Did you know that 99% of home inspectors depend on realtor refferals for their business. If they provide the customer a thorough inspection there is a possibility that the sale will fall through and the realtor will not get their commission. Fear of loosing realtor referrals controls what a home inspector is willing to disclose to the customer. So how does my service stand out? I am a realtor independent inspector, one of only three in Ohio and less than 125 nationwide. I don't depend on realtor referrals for my business and I certainty don't let anyone influence my inspection. Sometimes my inspections reveal shocking truths about a home that lead you to back out of the deal, and I even may strongly advise you not to buy the home. So even though I would love realtor referrals, working in the best interest of a home buyer is a threat to the realtors commission and eliminates me from most realtors preferred inspectors list. My goal is to look out for you, your interests, happiness, and financial well being with regards to your new home purchase. Period! I have chosen to run an ethical home inspection company in an industry full of mystery and conflicts of interest. Knowing that I am doing what is right for my customers brings great satisfaction and fulfillment to the work I do.
