FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the scope of the project, the equipment involved, wall type, and the level of cable management needed. I provide clear estimates upfront so there are no surprises. For larger or more complex projects, I may recommend an on-site visit to make sure the quote is accurate. I don’t upsell unnecessary work, and I’m upfront about what’s worth doing and what isn’t. The goal is fair, transparent pricing for work that’s done carefully and correctly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by discussing the project details through messaging so I can understand what you’re looking to do and answer any initial questions. If needed, I’ll review photos or recommend an on-site visit to make sure everything is assessed properly. Once the scope is clear, I provide an upfront estimate and confirm expectations before scheduling the work. On installation day, I take care to work neatly, explain any decisions that come up, and make sure everything is working correctly before I leave. My goal is for the process to feel straightforward, clear, and stress-free from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from hands-on work. I’ve spent years learning through building and refining home theater and AV systems, researching best practices, and applying them in real-world installations. I stay current by continually learning about equipment, mounting methods, and setup techniques, and I apply that knowledge carefully on each project. My focus is on practical experience, attention to detail, and doing the work correctly for each specific space.
