I hired FC Professional Cleaning to do a deep clean. They were incredibly responsive and flexible. I thought I was a decent housekeeper but realized how much I needed a deep clean after seeing how thorough they were. I could not be happier with their service- so much so that I’ve recently scheduled regular service with them.

Cristina and her son Victor were Fantastic! They were on time and did a very thorough job. I am recovering from surgery and my husband works from home and they managed to work around us and get everything I asked for and more done! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a client reaches out to us for a cleaning estimate, we ask what specific services they need and if we can schedule a visit or if they could send some photos of the area. After assessing the requirements, we proceed with the cleaning, always sending a reminder message before the scheduled service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have several years of experience working in the cleaning industry, so we bring a high level of expertise to each job. Our goal is always to ensure our clients feel more comfortable and satisfied with their spaces after our work.
