I was very hesitant to hire cleaners for my home as the last company we hired scammed us and we ended up in court. However between being 8 months pregnant with a lease ending this month and renovating the new house before baby arrives, I grossly overestimated the amount of time and energy I'd have to do a move out clean by myself so we were obligated to hire cleaners. I did my research thoroughly to avoid a repeat of what happened with the last cleaners, and decided on this company. Let me tell you, this is the best decision I have ever made!!!! Cristina was responsive, kind and patient throughout my constant follow up messages and texts confirming what needs to be done. They arrived on time and took their time. They were understanding of me wanting to see the work before sending payment and were willing to wait for my boyfriend to drive me over. Unfortunately, my boyfriend ended up with a flat tire about 15 mins out and I did not want to keep them waiting any longer however I was hesitant to send payment before seeing the work to avoid being scammed again. Cristina ended up sending the photos below and I was blown away! Such meticulous attention to detail and they went above and beyond my expectations! I did not know Cristina prior to this, I am not a friend or family member, this review is completely unbiased. As someone who works customer service my standards are extremely high so it's rare I even write a review but this company truly deserves the praise!

Excellent job!! Tenants lest the house an awful terrible mess. I could not bear to clean it myself. I was very, very pleased with the job they did. They were on time and courteous, I recommend them for any cleaning job, and I will definitely be using this company again!!!
