I hired Raquel and her team to perform a move out cleaning for my 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment. Raquel was extremely flexible with scheduling and even arrived with her team early. They spent almost two hours cleaning and they did a great job. If I had not been moving, I would have liked to hire Raquel again. Spoke to Raquel at about 12:30, she and Sofia showed up at 4:15. They worked until 7, non-stop, to clean an entire 3br/2ba house, cabinets inside and out, refrigerator, stove, countertops, floors, windows, etc. They did a fabulous job, left no room untouched. I would hire them again in a minute without stopping to think about it. Very professional, very thorough, very impressed with the entire experience! Thanks ladies, you did a great job! As a former Housekeeping Supervisor at a 5 Star Hotel in Western NC, I have overseen quite a few housekeepers that were not even in the same class as these ladies are. If I were still in the business, I would not hesitate to offer them a job working for me. I witnessed their teamwork first hand. They did a marvelous job and I can’t thank them enough for the condition the house was in when they left. Thank you, again, Raquel and Sophia!
