- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our proprietary Maid University is a constantly evolving education program that all of our maids are required to attend. All trainees must take and pass a challenging curriculum which creates comprehensive, consistent cleaners.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am a people person who believes in providing World Class Customer Service. There is nothing worse then receiving bad service or service that doesn't meet your expectations. I decided to get in my line of work because I personally have used home cleaning services for years and I understand the value of time. I appreciate and expect good service and the people that I hire all have the same customer service philosophy. We are here to make our customer's lives easier.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We provide a custom housecleaning service that is engineered around you. Some clients want to outsource all the details of home cleaning to a professional house cleaning company. Other clients have highly customized and changing needs. A few folks need maid service often, and others on occasion. No two work-orders or clients are alike, but most start off with a 52-Point Spring Clean.
