- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard price is very competitive. i try to stay affordable and still give quality services. And that is a very competitive price for everything I offer. Ask me for more details
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work with customer and explain the process of inspecting a home . I make a digital report for the customer with potential defects, pictures of house and utilities, and a summary of what I found. I can also be found on Homeadvisor.com. Also with my pressure washing and home painting, i walk the customers through the before and after. also try to educate the customers on how to keep it looking great all year long.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am fully trained and certified through ICASCHOOL.COM. It is 120 credit hours of in depth training on every part of the house from heating and cooling, plumbing, roofing, foundations. ..etc. I have also been in this field for over 4 years.
