Amit was extremely thorough, talking me through the safety precautions of the job before starting it. We spoke on the phone about it and while there was a moment where we were using the same phrase for different things “drywall anchor” vs. “furniture anchor”, we were able to work it out. And eventually, we used both drywall anchors and a furniture anchor to hang my extremely heavy mirror. He was very punctual - telling me he would arrive around 1:30, he showed up at 1:27. He quoted me $50 for the job even though it took a bit longer than expected. I am very pleased with the whole experience working with Amit and would call him again without hesitation.
