LOCAL Yoga - Jordan Davis

LOCAL Yoga provides private or group instruction in yoga, personal wellness and meditation. Yoga Alliance certified instructor RYT-200, Jordan Davis, will guide you in pursuing a path of health and happiness geared toward your personal goals. Life can be hard, so is yoga. But when yoga class is fun and you spend time laughing, learning and breathing together, then all the benefits, such as a good work out, a sense of focus and stress relief, come a lot more easily. A part of what I love most about yoga is the struggle. It teaches you to fight your battles and work hard both on and off the mat, because the end result will be worth it. For me, yoga is meditation in movement and an ever expanding exploration of self. I am continually inspired to bring these experiences to my students. If students leave my class with a smile on their face and sweat dripping down their temples, then I know I have done my job and I am so happy to be doing it.
