- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Transparent Pricing: Upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Only pay for the hours you use, no more, no less. If your move requires a truck, there is a one-time base fee + mileage charge. Labor-only moves: 1hr minimum Labor + truck moves: 2hr minimum

When customers pick us, they are officially members of The Home Team. Our goal is to make things as simple as possible. Our process goes as follows: 1) Customize your job online in minutes. 2) Connect with your Team Leader 3) Receive moving guidance 4) Meet your team 5) Relax and let us do the heavy lifting 6) Verify billing amount and leave a review
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our leadership team has a combined 30 years+ in moving experience. This allows us to assess new team members and provide them with the physical and mental skills necessary for the job.
