I like to have a phone conversation I have a list I go over with the customer it is very informative for me and usually helps the customer understand n opportunity to ask questions n get answers at that time n wait on a reply online

have been in the business for over 35 years. have several construction training programs over the years to keep up with construction codes
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
my uncle n dad had a handy man business that I started working for them at the age of 15 doing small home repairs
