I had a great experience. They came on time asked questions to ensure they were moving items and I wanted moved and placed them where I wanted. They even moved my couch after I gave them an initial placement that didn’t it fit the room when I asked. I have a very heavy Captain’s bed. They placed the headboard and asked me to confirm placement before fully assembling. This was very appreciated as it made sure I had the space required for my desk on the other side of the bed.

We used Lift with A Twist to help move a few large items from an apartment on the third floor with no elevator. The entire experience went well from the quote, to the move, to the final paperwork. They were responsive and professional. And the guys were careful but were quick. While they were not the least expensive, I chose them because I was able to confirm they were licensed and insured, and based on their responsiveness believed they would be reliable. And they did not disappoint. We would use them again.
