FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most, but not all of my students do 30 minutes lessons, once a week. I only teach on the first 28 days of any month. So, this means my students have the potential for 4 lessons per month. The 4, half hour lessons spent with me are only part of what they are paying for as a teacher. I write arrangements, record backgrounds, speak with students by phone, text and e-mails, and am available most of the time for help regarding whatever we are working toward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Due to the fact that I accept all students who range in age, currently from 4 to 87, I can say without doubt. There is no typical process for working with a new customer. I have never had a typical process, and never will. All students are different and have different needs and hopes for learning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a fully active musician. Here is what this means. There are three parts to my life as a musician. #1, I study music. #2 I teach music & #3 I perform music.
