At JBU Services, our Remote Online Notary (RON) services are competitively priced with transparency in mind. Fees vary based on document type, number of signers, and notarizations required. We offer flat-rate pricing starting at $35 per notarization and bundle discounts for multiple documents. Additional fees may apply for rush services or outside regular hours. All costs are clearly communicated upfront.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a brief consultation to understand your document needs and confirm identity requirements. Once scheduled, you'll receive a secure link to join the notarization session via our approved RON platform. During the session, we verify your ID, walk you through the signing process, and complete the notarization. Afterward, we promptly email your notarized documents. It’s simple, secure, and efficient.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned Notary Public with advanced training in Remote Online Notarization. I’ve completed courses in notary law, compliance, identity verification, and digital security. At JBU Services, we stay current on state and federal notary regulations to ensure every transaction is legally sound and professionally handled.
