FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe it is important to show each new customer that their home and their project is in trustworthy hands from the very beginning. I am always certain to thoroughly discuss the job, materials and payment with my customers up front.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended a vocational school in High school where I began my journey in home improvement and in the twenty-five years since I graduated, I have devoted myself to learning new trades, new improvement processes and work tirelessly to try to remain able to bring my customers new and innovative products that they may not be aware of.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
From an early age, it seemed that I had a talent for building nearly anything. When I was old enough to work, I began collecting tools and sharpening my skills as a handyman. Later on, I decided that I wasn't doing what I was good at by working for somebody else so I started my own business. After touching on several different business names, I finally discovered the one that fit well, Falcon Specialty Construction Services.
