I have been training with Aaron since June, and my experience has been nothing short of fantastic! Aaron takes a "total body" approach, and each week my programs are challenging and varied in focus, so I'm never bored. Aaron knows how to push me, both physically and mentally, so I can push through mental blocks and achieve results. He is always looking for ways to improve my workouts, and attends clinics and training sessions both inside and outside of Ohio in order to make my experience better. He also creates home workout programs for me to complete for when we can't meet for a session, so I can have a plan to follow. I've made major gains in my physical strength, and am consistently meeting goals that we have set for my training program. Aaron helped me take my workout regimen to the next level. I worked with him for several months to develop a great exercise schedule consisting of high intensity interval workouts, weight lifting and cardio. During my time with Aaron, he maintained a professional demeanor, was always on time, and made a point to go above and beyond to help me. He was always available to answer questions and demonstrate exercise techniques. He continuously impressed me with his knowledge and showed me the skills I needed to reach my goals. Kaitlin, I truly miss working with you and its unfortunate (for me) that you had to move away for school. You made incredible progress in a very short amount of time and I know that I wasn't the only one who noticed (Shelby and I were just discussing this!). - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?$40 is the base price for a one-hour session but I actually sell in packages of 4, 8, or 16 sessions. You get a discount that increases with the number of sessions you purchase. 4 Sessions is $150 ($10 dollar discount) 8 Sessions is $295 ($25 dollar discount) 16 Sessions is $600 ($40 discount, like getting a session for free)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?During the Free Training Session that I offer each prospective client, we discuss their goals and background in fitness, sports, etc. That way we can make a plan that is specific to their needs. From there, we assess their current fitness level and familiarity with exercises and working out in general. This happens in a short 10-20 minute workout. Depending on the client, we may take skinfold caliper and body part circumference measurements to develop a baseline for tracking results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a degree in Fitness Management from Hocking College in Nelsonville, Ohio. I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as well as a Certified Underground Strength Coach, both of which required Continued Education Units. I am always learning through books, videos, podcasts and through continued education in the form of certifications and seminars.
