Hi, my name is Josh Yoder and I am a certified personal trainer through ACE (American Council on Exercise). The most important part to me is developing a relationship with you, so that I can be someone you can go to with questions regarding your health and fitness journey. Whether you are just starting your fitness journey or working to break through a plateau, I'm here to help you reach your goals with customized training, motivation and expert support. Selecting Josh as our personal trainer has been great. He takes time to understand your needs and goals and creates a plan for your success. Josh works at the pace you need to build up to next level and not burn out. He comes to our home gym and is flexible with our (my wife’s and I) schedules
