Leif is a phenomenal trainer. He's biggest strength would have to be his knowledge and intuition in the gym. Often in our sessions he is making corrections to form and breaking down lifts before mistakes are made. As someone who was not a beginner in the gym, it was nice to have a trainer meet me where I was and help me find meaningful gains each week in our sessions. Would recommend Leif to any beginner, intermediate, or advanced gym goer.Aug 4, 2019
Prior to training with Leif I felt like I was in a lull. I felt like I was just going through the motions of getting in the gym, spending an hour there, and then heading home. Since training with Leif I’ve been hitting PR’s on all lifts. Leif is extremely motivating and pushes me past where I would mentally stop myself. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Personal training is an investment in yourself. If you are ready to make the investment, I am your guy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?New customers get a free consultation and in person session before deciding they want to work with me. After that we will set up regular days and times to meet each week and go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I graduated from Capital University with a degree in Health and Fitness Management (half business, half exercise science), and have a personal trainer certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)
