Andrauis is GREAT! He knows his stuff. Started a week ago and while I have been sore (he said I would be), I know that it's going to be worth it. He makes me feel comfortable and that was what I was looking for. He is easing into to everything because I haven't worked out or done anything for months. Looking forward to the results that are bound to happen.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I put most of my emphasis on being affordable with the same quality training for everyone. If you are worried about money, contact me directly and we can work something out!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I’ll do a fitness assessment or zoom call to talk about your goals. Then we will come together and create a specialized workout program to obtain all your goals and more!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have an associates degree in exercise science as well as a Personal Training ACE certification. I currently have 6 years of personal training under my belt too!
