I started my program in October of 2019 and wasn’t sure how well it would go as I’ve honestly never worked out and it was all being done virtually. Reggie was amazing!! Took the time to go over everything via video and never hesitated to hold multiple video sessions with me to ensure I was comfortable with each workout! He was always available to answer each and every question and has been there to support my journey every step of the way!! He personalized my workouts to adapt to my schedule and comfort level! He truly cares about his clients!! I have officially lost 50 pounds and have never felt better!! The commitment to his clients no matter how far away is truly impressive!! I highly recommend TPB Fitness to everyone looking for a positive lifestyle change!!!

As a college student, there were many concerned I had with getting a personal trainer. But Reggie has been patient and adaptable to all of them! I’ve had to change sessions around, and he is always flexible and makes it work, which is very appreciated. He has also been flexible and patient with payments too. If you’re wanting to start your work out journey, Reggie is a great place to start! He shows all the workouts and helps break it down if you are ever confused. He pushes you while making you feel strong and proud of yourself. I definitely suggest Reggie, and good luck on your journey!
