I had my piano moved by this company over a week ago. I am thankful that the move is complete, and this is my experience. I was looking into options to help me move my upright as I was moving homes, but I started looking a bit late so I was not able to use my usual company. This was the company that was able to fit me in within the time frame I needed, so for that they get some stars from me. The men who completed the job were also kind. However, there were some things I was not pleased about. This company is over $200 more expensive than my usual moving company for far less professional work. The men were very kind, but they did not have on work shoes (they had on slides and flip flops) and while it was warm out, I feel as though having proper shoes for moving and proper footing is important, and for their safety! They did not have a proper ramp for moving the piano onto the truck either, they had a small one that was not secured to the truck. Upon arriving to the location, they set my upright down in a wet spot on the concrete... which I had to ask them to move and not do, as pianos are wood and can be damaged when wet. One of the wheels also came off the bottom as they were moving it. It's possible it was already loose, and they did put it back, but I thought I should note that. Overall, very nice guys, not the most professional work for the cost.

Moving our heavy, upright piano was a tough job. Tilan and his crew worked hard to get it out of the house and into his truck, and also kindly hauled off several other small bags of trash that had not been part of his quote. We will call him again!
