- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is not complicated. We review everything with the client. Any variables are disclosed at the first meeting. A very descriptive email/proposal will generally be sent. Sometimes issues do come up during a project but, we speak to the customer immediately to resolve. We do not suprisingly add money on to the bill at the end.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask for your name, phone number, email and address. We can meet you or go to the project site to gather information for your proposal. In the proposal, we will describe what needs completed, our process and materials needed. Many times we can offer different options to fit your needs and budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Contributing member of the UAMCC (United association of mobile contact cleaners ). Certification testing for wood restoration, hard surfaces(concrete, brick, pavers,stucco), roof and house washing. Doug Rucker's power washing school. Soft wash systems training. F9 rust and efflorescence removal applicator. SEK hard surface sealers. We attend classes and seminars and are updated daily with cleaning information. This is to protect you, your family, pets and your home.
