Introduction: I've successfully negotiated buying, renting, or selling real estate properties throughout the state of Ohio. I perform duties such as interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property viewings, advise clients on current market conditions, construction, financing options, contracts, price, negotiation, appraisals and overseeing signing of documents, and disbursement of funds. I review trade journals and relevant literature, while attending staff or association meetings remaining knowledgeable about all real estate markets. I developed an on-going network of attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors to whom clients may be referred.
