- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we just talk to you, discussing the problem at hand to ease the stress, because its never a convenient or stress free situation. Then we provide a FULL roof and exterior inspection and a detailed estimate for FREE to you as the customer! If this is related to an insurance claim, then we will work with YOU on how to handle and talk to the insurance companies, so the process is much simpler and smoother for you. we will go over our product with you(all Premium products) and point out how we put them on and why. We educate you, because that's what should happen!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everybody is licensed insurance adjusters, all of our crews, are certified for applying the roofs, and all have been doing this for 10 years plus! We carefully select who works for us, again we want the best!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with First Time home buyers, All residential clients, and Commercial Clients. We are well rounded and are here to help anybody and everybody!
