Bakyt from MaxForce was very responsive. He made sure to maintain communication throughout the whole roof repair process; which I appreciated since I live out of state from where my rental property is located. I will be calling Bakyt the next time I need any work done!

I contacted Maxforce because I thought there were nails popping out of my shingles. Bakyt called and made an appointment to come look at my roof and give me a quote. He called to let me know he was running late for our meeting, which I really appreciate. Once he arrived, he inspected my roof, took pictures of the areas of concern and told me what he found. Turns out the nails are not coming out and the shingles are fine. He did find that the way they did the valleys was wrong. He suggested we do nothing now since the roof isn’t leaking.

Bakyt was great to work with! He is very experienced and helped us every step of the way. He took the time to explain all the details of the process as well. He helped us get our roof covered by insurance even though our insurance company has a reputation for being difficult. We have already recommended MaxForce to our friends and family! Bakyt, the Field Manager, called me shortly after I contacted the company. He came out right away to get measurements and had the job completed within a few days. After talking with Bakyt, I sensed he was being honest and upfront with me about what needed to be done and the cost involved. I was very satisfied with my overall experience.
