We love the concept of serve and protect. Helping people is a big part of the job, and a job we take very serious at all times. Also the feeling of a job well done, you know the one you always put 100% into no matter what. Interaction and communication are the number one tools we have to effectively do the tasks we are assigned or posted to.
The management, having thirty combined years of security, military, and law enforcement experience, has realized that prevention of crime can be accomplished by utilizing tactical approaches, rather than accusations and the traditional methods of our predecessors. The art of verbal judo is commonplace in our organization and has often been effective in deescalating volatile situations. We train our agents to intervene into a situation before it starts.
