- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the complexity of your tax return, not a flat one-size-fits-all fee. All pricing is discussed upfront before filing—no surprises. Discounts may be available for returning clients, referrals, and certain qualifying situations. Fees can be paid out of your tax refund where applicable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick consultation to understand your situation. You’ll complete a secure intake form and upload your documents electronically. Once reviewed, your return is prepared accurately, sent to you for review and signature, and then e-filed. Most clients never have to come in person—it’s a smooth, virtual process from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold an associate’s degree in accounting and have been professionally preparing taxes since 2014. I complete annual IRS continuing education and participate in the IRS Annual Filing Season Program to stay current with tax law changes and due diligence requirements.
