I would like to also add value. Jimmy met with us before we hired him so that he could evaluate the space and give us guidance on the type of ADA-compliant replacement toilet we needed to purchase. He was very punctual, very kind and very honest. I knew immediately that he was the right man for our job.
The day of he was early and got right to work with the replacement even carrying the old unit to the street for trash pick up. Being an older house, Jimmy showed where we would (in the future) need to address the lead piping and improper installation by another company some years earlier. When that time comes, I have every intention of hiring Jimmy again.
I'm not sure how I got so lucky to find such a gem who is truly honest and not out to "price gouge" or "deceive" the customer just to make more money. I highly recommend this contractor for anyone, but for myself and my disabled brother, he far exceeded our expectations. Thank you -- truly.
