- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work at flat rates rather than hourly as used on this platform. For smaller jobs flat rates can be provided before hand, larger jobs will require visits for quotes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to understand the scope of work, understand what the client has in mind for the finished result, and then working toward acheiving that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CAD Design and engineering is my primary profession, but I have had training on various equipment/tools and completed several large and many small renovations/repairs.
