- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my pricing on an estimate of hourly labor plus materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After being contacted by the client , and discussing the details of the project, I will travel to the site and give a free written estimate, if requested. If the client decides to use me, I will schedule the job at the next available slot on the calander.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 28 years experience in wallpapering and painting work. I've worked on everything from rental apartments, to multi million dollar homes,to commercial office buildings.
