- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have several pricing options to fit everyones needs. A full package which includes the wedding, rehearsal and vow writing. Half package - ceremony and vow writing. Small package-ceremony only. And mini - the quickie. My location or yours. No mileage fee within a 20 mile radius of Columbus City Center. I offer a 10% discount for military families. (Mileage not included)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a introductory meeting in person or on the phone. The 50% deposit is paid to lock in the date, the ceremony template is emailed to the client, they email back or call with their choices. I communicate with the couple several times prior to the wedding. On the wedding day, I arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony. After the marriage license is signed, I drop it in the mail so the couple does not have to think about it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many weddings under my belt, and 3 married daughters. I have plenty of wedding planning experience. I am a member of 2 Professional Wedding Network groups in Columbus and familiar with many of the venues in the city.
