- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While I have standard pricing for my packages, add-ons are available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a client confirms an interest in booking, we sign a contract and take an initial reservation fee. I make the process as simple as possible, eliminating the need to meet in person. However, I love meeting my clients for hot chocolate or ice cream!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although I have learned mostly by failing, I've also attended workshops hosted by the best in the business and continue to learn and attend workshops every year.
