- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have an initial meeting do assess your needs and what process would best suit those needs. I like to see anything that shows how you would like your event to look or inspires your image of your event
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors in business marketing and communication. I interned with the campus event planner for three years assisting with anything from weddings to homecoming weekend celebrations. I spent some time working at the Columbus zoo in their guest engagement department and worked various large scale events such as Zoofari. I gained wine and food knowledge while working at Cooper's Hawk Winery and also assisted with events there.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I became the executive director for our campus Up 'til Dawn Team. I assisted in the planning of two large fundraising events on campus and loved every minute of it! Having to problem solve and make snap decisions in a fast paced environment is probably my favorite thing to do.
