Yoga with Sarah was the best yoga experience I have had in Columbus. She is kind, thoughtful, and made everyone feel welcome. Her class structure was organized and intentional. I feel so ready to move and grow when I walk into the studio with her. Definitely recommend.

Sarah was amazing! Such a kind and gentle instructor. Really took her time to help me and anyone else struggling to do certain poses or even feel comfortable. She’s patient and encouraging and knows what she’s doing! I’ll be back for another class ASAP.
