I hired Desmon and his associate Carl to remove the texture from my ceiling and paint. The project was done on time and in budget and we are very happy with the results. You will not find harder and more consciences worker then Desmon and Carl. The ultimate compliment you can give a contractor is would you hire him again and the answer is yes as I already have to do other work in my home.
Erik came in and took care of two jobs we needed done immediately to sell our house. Price was way under what other contractors would charge. Good experience.
As a contractor by trade I expect professionalism, honesty and quality when I hire someone to work at my home.Jimmy not only met all those qualifications but surpassed them. After receiving outrageous estimates from some of the major name garage door companies Suffield garage doors was next, after meeting Jimmy he was hired before he even gave me a price (which was extremely more reasonable)Jimmy was quick, clean and kept his word on the price,no surprises.I could not be happier with my new garage doors and the quality of work and service I received.Great overall experience and 5 stars for Suffield garage doors -Matt Fela
Top to bottom one of the best experiences with any contractor I have ever had. From the top notch quality of work to prompt responses. They left Everything clean and looking great. Will definitely use again.
I rehab homes and I have worked with dozens of contractors. Vlada does an excellent job and anticipated problems, does extra work and exceeds all my expectations (which are always quite high). His work makes my $300,000 home look worth a lot more! I strongly recommend using him, he is on his fourth job for me in his first month doing work for me!
LPM Equities did a great job on my repair. Very knowledgeable, explaining the repair and what options I had. Very timely service. Even followed up with pictures of the completed work. I would hire this contractor again.
It was a very positive experience working with MTJ Contractors. They came the same day we got in touch and tool care of the job quickly, effectivly and correctly. I would work with them again for any future work.
I was very satisfied with the work Brian has done for me. The most impressive job that he did for me was make my home look fresh and ready to move in after my renters moved out and left a disaster. He patched multiple holes, replaced drywall, textured my ceilings, replaced plumbing, put in a garbage disposal, put in new flooring, replaced my old front door and painted every wall and ceiling in the house. I saved thousands of $$$$ compared to other qoutes I got from a few other contractors.
I am 68 years old and have hired many contractors in my time and i must say that Paint Masters were the best i have ever dealed with. I am a stickler and a former tradesman myself so i am not exactly easy to please. These guys did everything expected and then some. The price was about half of the other quotes i received. They did the best top quality work, and even repaired some large holes in my drywall for free! I would reccommend these guys to anyone, in fact i am hiring them to refinish my wood floors next month. 5 Stars for Dennis and his crew!
Doesn't use subcontractors.. easy to work with.
Jut hired the company. Work has yet to start,
From the first meeting with Dave Rogers to the last day he was personally on the job along with his crew members. We knew we were in good hands. We had our house painted, our back patio replaced and a pad poured in front of our shed. Everything about the work was explained to us in detail; he walked us through the entire process and helped with ideas making everything seamless. Safe Guard Renovations took the time to ensure the drainage and other pertinent facets of the patio installation were taken into account before laying the concrete, which is critical. Part of this line of work is how the contractor treats the customer, Dave and his crew, Shane and Jamie did not forget that. They made this a great experience, with high quality craftsmanship in the end product. We cannot be happier with the service, advice, timeliness, and overall work completed to give us a better outdoor living space! Thank you Safe Guard Renovation, thank you Dave, Shane and Jamie! We would recommend Safe Guard Renovation for any work in the future.
We bought our home about a year ago knowing that the roof was old and that we would have to replace it relatively soon. I was hoping to wait until next year to replace it, but unfortunately the roof started leaking and next year was too long to wait. I contacted a big name company and they came out and quoted me a HUGE amount to replace the roof. I posted on Thumbtack that I was looking for a roof replacement quote and Dan Replied back right away saying that he could come out that evening and take a look at it. Dan showed up at our house and walked our roof in the cold and dark (he brought lighting) and told us right then and there what he would charge us to do the replacement. And the price he gave us was HALF what the big name company wanted to charge us! He even said he would come out the next day and tar up a temporary patch where he could tell the leak was coming from so that would hold us until he and his crew could get the replacement done. True to his word, he patched it all up for us. Dan kept in contact with us for the next 2 weeks until they could get out to do our roof - which we greatly appreciated. Dan and his crew got our roof done in two days and left our yard neat and clean. Dan even went above and beyond by removing an old chimney stack on the roof that we no longer wanted or used. Dan didn’t ask for a penny from us until after the job was completed. He is a fair and honest contractor that does exceptional work and was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be calling him when we replace our house siding!
Tom has been excellent to work with. His work is top notch, he is fully transparent and honest. Everything I look for in a contractor. I will most certainly use him for my next job.
Triple Crown did my kitchen and they did a terrific job. I have never been so happy with a contractor before! They were punctual and finished the project in the time I had expected. Above all else, the quality of the finished product was beautiful. You can tell they know what they're doing. I would highly recommend them for any of your remodeling needs!
Laura was a big help picking out material and helping put us in touch with the right contractors for our project. She has a great network of people and can get the job done.
I would consider my experience with Dave as one of the best I have had with a contractor. He went out of his way to take care of things for us. I definitely am recommending him for any work you need!
Buzy Contractors come highly recommended. They were kind, polite and punctual. Zack and Brian were really nice to have working at our house. Their work and customer service skills were impressive. Very satisfied with the trim work in our addition. Thanks guys!!
Abdul and his team installed a 6' security fence with 2 gates that they made and heavy duty hardware. Along one wall they also installed 2' mason wall with a wooden fence on top of it. Overall they did an exellent job.
Guy is an amazing contractor extremely fair prices and great to work with. I will hire again.
Contractor did not follow through with what he was committed to do and also over charged me based on quote under the guise that he had to "store" my items, which is not true. He also failed to listen to what I wanted and issues that I had. For example, I now have a cabinet that I wanted doors only to and had 5 drawers and now, to add to that, the door to the cabinet has been discontinued. I paid for MANY MANY things that were never delivered to me, and paid for MANY MORE things that I didn't need. I paid Ikea $4,200, of which I returned over $700 in items and had to purchase over $500 more (and still do not have a door for a large cabinet). Vendor failed to even stand by his responses to emails. I wanted to pay cash for the services rendered and he demanded credit card because he didn't want his son to have the cash? Just odd all around, I am sure there are better options out there. Luckily, the local Ikea has been more than gracious to address the issues I have had. If not for that I would have sued this contractor for breach and would have clearly won based on over 40 pages of email communications trying to get him to fix the issues. Don't walk, run, from this contractor.
