Coach Kyle is a true motivator. On days when I have no desire to run or workout, he encourages me by reminding me of why I do it! In 2014, he helped me go from Couch to 5K and 10K, and this year...my first half.

    I am in the process of completing my PhD in Performance Psychology with a focus in sports and exercise. Beyond that, I have a passion for the field. What this means is that I am literally continually reading and studying the topics of exercise, sport, and fitness from the perspective of mind, body, and spirit.
