- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free trail to assess strengths and weaknesses as well as alow client to decide if they enjoy training. Develop a workout and or meal plan for client. Achieve small goals until client's ultimate fitness goal is met.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor's degree in Health Education and Health & Fitness. 5 years of personal training experience. Personal weight loss. I'm down 90lbs!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was overweight and had medical issues, fatigue and joint pain. I started to lose weight by eating better and working out a few times a week. Honestly, at first I was inconsistent. Once I started seeing results, consistency was the key to more results! I was feeling and looking better. I was a pre-med student and decided that medicine wasn't my calling, but Health & Fitness is!
