Craig and Kobe came to work on my washer as it was not pumping out the water. They provided excellent service while fixing our washer. They were both very knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely kind. The washing machine has been running perfectly since. Really appreciate their effort and I would definitely call him again. Craig (technician) and Kobe (trainee) provided excellent service while fixing our washer. They were both very knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely kind. They took the time to explain the issue clearly and made sure everything was done right. What really stood out was that they went out of their way to come back early as soon as the parts arrived so our washer could be fixed as quickly as possible. We truly appreciate their dedication and great customer service. Highly recommend!

Reply to previous texts about dissatisfaction with the freezer door seal. We believe it is defective and not amount of "eventually" the door seal will adhere to the door as it should. The Appliance Gurus should replace the defective seal with one that fits properly. I sent texts yesterday about this and no one replied. Very poor customer service.
