Craig (technician) and Kobe (trainee) provided excellent service while fixing our washer. They were both very knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely kind. They took the time to explain the issue clearly and made sure everything was done right. What really stood out was that they went out of their way to come back early as soon as the parts arrived so our washer could be fixed as quickly as possible. We truly appreciate their dedication and great customer service. Highly recommend!

Craig came to fix my washing machine and honestly, he did a really good job. There was a bit of a language barrier, but he was patient, kind, and made sure everything was working before he left. I can tell he really cares about doing things right. My washing machines been running perfectly since. Really appreciate his effort and i would definitely call him again.
