Roland provided excellent communication throughout the entire process, from scheduling to estimated arrival. Showed up on time, throughly examined the problem and them flawlessly executed the most cost efficient solution. I would definitely recommend Roland should you have any appliance repairs. And now Roland covers HVAC maintenance and repairs! He’s now my preferred repair contractor!

We were so very pleased with Roland. It's rare these days to find a repair person that is honest, punctual, knowledgeable, and fair priced. Roland possesses all of these qualities! He did an excellent job repairing our dryer and was top notch from the first time we met him for diagnosis, all the way through to the end of the repair. Such a good honest gentleman. We will definitely call upon him again for any appliance or HVAC needs. Highly recommend!

Roland was called to diagnose and repair a problem with the baking function on an older Jenn-Aire. He came out within 24 hours and diagnosed the problem with his recommendation for the repair. The part was ordered and installed the day it was delivered. Very professional, good worker and fixed the problem promptly. Saved us money.
