- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal is to provide my clients with a high quality product. My pricing reflects the value I bring to my clients and their events. With that, I realize every client is not my client and I am perfectly ok with that!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually ask them a few questions to better understand what they are looking and see if I can provide them what they want. I next might schedule a call if I am still not clear as to what they are needing. Getting clarity on a client’s expectations is essential.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been planning and decorating events for many years but have recently started a business doing this! I believe that I am a life long learner and am constantly growing my skills and knowledge of my craft.
