Tyler was simply the best computer tech I have ever come across. He not only diagnosed the problem (computer won't boot) but he reinstalled Windows, found the hard drive to be the issue, replaced it with a spare he had and didn't charge for it! Also helped me out remotely to re-establish my wi-Fi connection and cleanup the old system files on the new drive. Can't say enough good things about Tyler.Jul 21, 2016Verified

Tyler was nice enough to drive from Dayton to my home in Maineville, pick up my laptop, repair and drop it off the same day for no extra charge. I could not be more satisfied and will use again should the need arise.Jun 30, 2016Verified
