- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price range is typically as low as $20 and as high as $100. The type of jobs I am asked to do will affect the end cost for the client. I am also insured through Hiscox.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always want to meet with a new client in person, so that I know who I am working for and so that they know who they are hiring to fix their computer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am CompTIA A+ certified, which means that I am recognized within the IT industry as having the basic skills and knowledge of computer repair and service.
