- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is extremely hard to have a set price. Every project is different. So no we can not go by a generic pricing system.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically after the first point of contact, we come out give you a Free in home estimate. I will usually give you a price at that point but if the project entitles large amount of planning then we will send a estimate through email. Which at that point if we come to an agreement, we will crops all the "T's" and dot all the "I's". As a team we choose the start date and pending on circumstances approx. the finish date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've taken a few design class but most of all my training came hands on. 17 years you will learn what not to do.
