- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Airbrush Full Face application $100 (lashes + $10) Regular Full Face application $75 (lashes + $10) Hairstyling $75. Airbrush Full Face and Hair styling package $150 (includes lashes)...$35 savings off individual full face make up service and hair if purchased separately. Regular Full Face and Hair styling package $125 (includes lashes)...$35 savings off individual pricing. Model Package $150/complete look (includes hair and makeup service, lashes if needed plus touch ups throughout shoot duration...) Each additional look $100 Shoots requiring more than 5 hrs of service are billed at "day rate" (starting at $350). Eyelash extensions $150-200 (full set silk or mink lashes). Eyelash extensions Fill $35-50 (depending on silk or mink lashes used). Complete make-over package with full set of eyelash extensions $250-300 (prices are for a full set of eyelash extensions with complete make-up application and hair styling). - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ALWAYS travel to the client. In a day and age of rush, rush, rush, travel time is one thing I don't want you to worry about. I take a before image of my clients so that you can see the transformation comparison. I also discuss proper skin care/anti-aging as well, so the client knows how to look and feel their best without having to rely on make-up/concealers. I encourage clients to ask questions...you don't know what you don't know, so just ask!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly reviewing the work of industry professionals and studying their webinars. I try to research as many new products as I can on a regular basis to always use the best products for each of my clients' needs.
