He responded fast to what I needed done and came to my house the very next day! About 2 weeks later he had the work done that I tried to get done for a year now! Anything I asked he was honest with me and fixed little minor things I also needed done to the house. He also told me things I needed to know for later on in life if I wanted to sell my house.
