Had to have some repair work done on a poorly done LVP job by the previous owner. Jairo was quick to respond to my request on Thumbtack and promptly scheduled an estimate with me. He came out with one other person on a Saturday and they looked at the work that needed to be done. They realized more work needed to be done to support the floor underneath to avoid the same issues I was already facing. I agreed on everything the professionals had told me and they said they would start the following day. The next morning a couple of other workers showed up (without any warning or time frame) and looked over the estimate that I was initially given. They left and then Jairo gave me a call with some more information regarding the work needing to be done. He told me the repair they estimated would not truly fix the issue and that the best course of action would be to rip up the entire kitchen and dining room to properly level the flooring underneath the LVP. He wanted to ensure I didn't have any future issues and they didn't want to do a poor job. Jairo wanted it done the correct way, even if it meant more work for them. We came to an agreement on a price that we both felt was fair for the amount of work that was needed. The next day a group of workers showed up to the house and began work. This job took all day and they worked extremely hard to get it done. We were extremely satisfied with the results and they all cleaned up before leaving. They all were very friendly, courteous and skilled at what they were doing. I am so glad I contacted this company and am impressed by how quickly this was scheduled and completed. Other flooring companies told me it would be a few weeks before even an estimate. This company did the flooring work I needed before other companies even responded to my initial inquiry. I was by no means in a rush to have this done, but Jairo and his team really moved with some purpose here and promptly got the work done. But it wasn't haphazardly accomplished. My floor looks like it was done by very skilled professionals that have plenty of flooring experience. If I EVER need flooring work done, I am contacting Jairo straight away and securing his company for the work.

Jairo was great to work with. He came out same day for a quote and fit us in the next business day to complete the job. We had sheet vinyl put in our kitchen and laundry room. The house is 1900 and the subfloor was uneven. He provided great suggestions and really leveled the floor much better than was possible. I would definitely use him again!

Jairo is very affordable and work quality is great. I hired him for two flooring jobs and him and his crew delivered on both of them. The larger floor job took about nearly 2 weeks to install because we had to wait for it to come in. Then a final appointment was scheduled for the install of the quarter rounds. He included quarter rounds with no added cost. The second job took 5 hours. He installed vinyl planks over the tiles we had in two different bathrooms. If there is something wrong after installation, he will come back out and fix it. I’ve received so many compliments on my home. Great job Jairo and Team!!!
