This was my first time having my home professionally deep cleaned, and I had a great experience with Clean & Serene!

From the beginning, Lala was incredibly kind, patient, and responsive. She took the time to answer all of my questions and walk me through the entire process.

There were a few unexpected challenges with the time needed to complete the cleaning, but what really stood out to me was how Lala handled the situation. She listened to my concerns, was understanding, and genuinely worked to find a solution that felt fair. That kind of customer service really means a lot!

I also want to give a huge thank-you to the cleaning team for all their hard work and the extra time they put into my home. Deep cleaning an entire house is no small task, and their efforts are truly appreciated!
